Submitting Your Application
Guidelines
The following materials must be included in your team’s application:
- General application form with:
- Four-digit identifying team code
- Name of faculty adviser
- Name of professional adviser (if applicable)
- Signature of sponsoring school/department/program head verifying that all participants are full-time graduate students enrolled for spring 2011
- Designated student team leader and team e-mail address
- Signed and completed statement of eligibility page for each team member
- Signed and completed supplemental verification form for each B.Arch. and part-time student team member
- One-page resume for each team member
- Page one of the application form must be signed by the head of the sponsoring school/department/program and then scanned to PDF.

Submission
Once your team has assembled all application items (general application form, five team member resumes, and supplemental verification forms as needed), please review each item and the directions one more time to make sure you have completed all application requirements.
Common mistakes include:
- not creating a team e-mail address;
- not obtaining the signature of the sponsoring school/department/program head verifying that all participants meet the criteria for participation; and
- not answering the statement of eligibility on the individual team member information sheet.
When you are certain that your application materials are ready, please save them as PDFs (one combined PDF with the six-page application form followed by five resumes is ideal if possible) and attach them in one e-mail addressed to udcompetition@uli.org
Please send the e-mail from the team e-mail address that all team members will have access to during the competition. The subject line must include your four-digit team code (ex. Team 1936 Application). Note that udcompetition@uli.org is a blind address. ULI will only confirm receipt of your team’s application, but will not verify your eligibility or answer questions from this address.
Notification of your team’s eligibility will come from udcompetition@uli.org by December 12, 2011. Inquiries should be directed to udcompetition@uli.org.
